The Chalk Hill Blue is a striking butterfly which inhabits southern chalk downs. The piece evokes the dainty and ethereal nature of this beautiful creature.

The chain is sterling silver (18") and the pendent is aluminum so the whole necklace is very light weight.
The necklace is handmade by myself.

Chalk Hill Blue Butterflies
A photographic image is transposed onto the metal surface using a combination of processes developed by me. This image is then sealed under the metal surface to provide a pleasing and durable finish which with care will last a lifetime.
This necklace is made using 0.7mm aluminium making it much lighter than traditional jewellery.
